In order to sale your product, first you must your product. Like what it does, what are people saying, and lastly why they should have it. The four steps; who, why, When, how.
To ask questions, you must be confident and friendly. You should be on a personal level and make sure the questions are relevant to the other person. Ask questions that will help the other person see your way.
I see his point. But it wouldn't work for repeat customers.
I agree a lot with his view on control, and how he says everyone loves it, which is very true.

Miranda Giarretto- I agree with the time and the control and service aspects. People love control and and some people like to be controlled. Also time is everything at one point in time you can feel one way and at another you might feel another way. Service always make people feel welcomed and wanted if done right. I think questions to ask people should be based on these if it's not a repeat customer
I agree with all 3 questions he covered , especially with time. Always put the customer before yourself in selling
I think that people enjoy being asked questions as long as they are friendly and relevant. They feel special and like the salesperson actually cares, so questions are really important.
