I agree with the article a lot. I am a more introverted person and I feel really weird when a really excitable person tries to get me to buy something. I feel nervous and "forced" to get something. People that are flexible are good salespeople.

This article focused on the keys of being a good salesman. In reality selling is relatively easy, but there are awkward moments that people get caught in. A good salesman thrives by controlling his or her situation by not manipulating there customers, but understanding them.

I think that this very very true. However the hard part isnt changeing your behavior. It is being able to pick up on their behaviour early

I think you should be all extrovert. I honestly do not think that being an introvert is useful at all in the selling process. I think it always better to be outgoing than shy.

I agree with this because different people react differently to certain behaviors. You have to change the way you act in order to make different people feel more at ease. If they feel uncomfortable with the way you are acting, they are much less likely to buy anything. Brin Rey

I agree with everything she says in "Don’t confuse how you act with who you are" I think this could apply to a lot of people, including me.

I completely agree with what the writer has said. You have to not act who you think you are, instead be yourself.

I think this article is very true. Being able to adapt to each persons type of personality is very useful in selling. It is better to be both an introvert and an extrovert when selling products.

Miranda Giarretto- I agree with this article a lot. I know that when I am wanting to buy something I like the sales people that are more like me friendly but not overly friendly, formal but not stiff things like that. I am more likely to buy from a person like me rather than someone that's in your face and annoying but I know some people that would love a sales person like that. It totally makes sense to adjust your personality to your customers or at least try your best without coming off as fake

I definitely agree with the article because I've seen examples of an extrovert salesman interact with an introverted person and it's just an awkward situation. I really think that a salesman will be all the better if he can learn to interact extroverted and introverted when the situation calls for it.

I do agree to this article. People who are all extrovert are very pushy and you feel as if you are being forced I buys the product, and people who are all introvert don't push you enough to get interested in the product. People who can do both push you to get interested in the product, but they don't push you too much. They allow you to ask questions and answer them very calmly and assertively.

This article helped me really understand the different types of salespeople. It explains the people that don't jump out at you and try to get your attention , that they will most likely be good listeners, and are able to answer your questions. Then there's the other salespeople that are extremely enthusiastic and won't get out of your face. That can effect the sales in many ways. I really liked and agreed with this article.

I agree that you should change your approach on how you sell because not everyone is the same. While being really excited and happy may work for some people, others can find it overwhelming and/or annoying. Just know who you're talking to by watching for their behavioral cues, and adjust your attitude to fit their comfort level. It's always about the customer, and sometimes that means making sacrifices.

I think being able to modify your approach to customers is a good tactic in selling. I agree that people who can flex between introverts and extroverts will get the best sales results because they can adapt to the customers behavior and find an approach that will be successful.
